Investment
The Company first established in 2004 as an Investment Company providing financial assistance to the people, since then the Company has served the people well in providing Loan's for small and large scale businesses including Rural Development Projects.
We are providing loans for Land Papers (Property Loans) at a reasonable rate as in the Private Sector
The company has invested nearly, rupees 150 million on the above schemes since it has started.
The Company comprises a branch at 136, Kurunegala Rd, Puttalam & a new branch at 52/A. Colombo Road, Negombo and the Head Office at 343/2, School Lane, Thimbirigaskatuwa, Negombo.
How a Loan is Granted
When a customer is in a need of a loan, he will be directed to the Investment Division. The Management of the Investment Division will verify his re – payment capacity and the security which he is going to provide against the loan. And the copies of all documents of the security will be submitted to the Company Lawyer and to the Valuation Officer.
Considering the Lawyer's Title Report and Valuation officers’ Valuation Report the Loan Division prepares a complete Loan File to be submitted to the management, once the file gets approved, the loan will be granted to the customer with in 07 working Days
Granting amount of loans will be decided on the repayment capacity of the customer and the Market Value of the property.
